   It is hard to believe he isn’t here with us. I miss that smile and his witty advice. He always had a way of making stressful situations look really feasible.
   Yesterday Elaina shed a few tears over a minor scratch. I told her, “rub some dirt in it”, and it made me smile at the memory.

   Hi April. Great shot of Joel. We’ve been thinking of all of you these past few days. Chris needed Joel on Friday night…he was singing along to an old country song, and he was trying to get me to sing with him. I don’t sing so well, plus it was late and I was ready for bed, and I wished that Chris could just call up Joel and sing with him.
