What sensational pictures !!! Thank you for posting them. It’s wonderful to see that you and Rachel and Daphne and Vincent have had so many Christmas celebrations already !!!
Cousin Connie
I can’t believe we have already had our first Christmas without Joel. It certainly wasn’t even remotely the same. I guess we aren’t supposed to be striving for it to be ‘normal’ though, maybe that is the secret.
Your kids are so lucky to have a mom like you who does everything to keep all of the other Christmas traditions alive, even though it must hurt so badly to do so without him. Those of us around you are lucky too.
Just read your updated blog and am so glad that you have been doing so much fun stuff together. From the pictures it looks like it was a pretty good Christmas with the family. Think of you so much and wish all of you a Happy New Year.
Having Vincent here last night was so much fun. He went to our neighborhood Christmas party with us. Our next door neighbors have a 2nd grader who is the only boy on the court. His words were: “finally, a BOY to play with”. I think those were Vincent’s words too!
The two played the Wii and basketball and had fun running from the girls who were chasing them. Vincent also is a great singer, he sang on Wii many times and really was amazing!
We all slumber partied in our bedroom and are now kicking back and taking in some Spongebob Squarepants.
April,
Thank you for sharing these pictures. I don’t know if you realize how much we like seeing them. I liked seeing “all” of your family. The cookie baking looks successful. How does your cat like the new kittens?
We’ll see you New Year’s Day. I’m watching Purdue but I’m not going to tell you the score!
